We are currently seeking an energetic, driven, innovative and experienced Account Manager to join a lean, agile company that develops a wide range of unique customer solutions. Your primary role will be to nurture and grow our existing clients, and onboard new clients ensuring they have mission success using our solutions. You would be working with a highly talented group of fellow Account Managers and technical Solution Engineers to deliver high quality managed services. Your focus will be building long-term partnerships to ensure customer delight and solution delivery.
You are customer focused and have at least 5 years of experience in a client facing role
You are passionate about supporting the delivery of technical solutions to solve complex problems
You are well-educated, with at least a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
You have good communication and reasoning skills and are willing to learn, teach and lead
You have experience with delivering solutions and building trusted advisor relationships with clients
